- Dominican Ranked Among Top Schools In Western Region
The U.S. News & World Report 2021 Best Colleges guidebook has once again ranked ĢƵ as one of the top regional universities in the west.
The ranking comes only a week after Dominican was named the nation’s most transformative four-year university by the American Council on Education (ACE) in recognition of a deep commitment to student opportunity and success.
U.S. News ranked Dominican 24th out of regional universities in the western region, which includes California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Alaska. Regional universities provide a full range of undergraduate and master's programs.

U.S. News incorporates criteria such as peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, and alumni giving.
